Millbury-Sutton Youth Football and Cheer

Registration and required training must be completed yearly by all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Volunteers of the Millbury-Sutton Raiders Youth Football and Cheer program. 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

All required forms must be submitted and approved prior to coaching athletes on the field. 

In addition to completing the Coach registration in the Sports Engine system, all of the following documents are required to be submitted for review and approval of desired coaching position.

This applies to all coaches, staff, and volunteers.
